employed?

the ics worker just came to my apartment to have a session with me. he helped me fill out an i-9 form for an administratrive assistant job.. so i'm ASSUMING that this is the last step i need to get hired there. they've been reminding me to complete the appropriate forms for at least 2 or 3 days, so i'm ASSUMING and hoping that i'm actually employed there now.
